Brett was incredibly friendly and professional when examining my eye. My issue was resolved within 5 minutes of my appointment, and Brett was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the process and the issue. The staff were lovely and easy to chat to, and the appointment booking service was very intuitive. Julie and Mel were also very knowledgeable and helped me confirm a follow up booking. Overall, a great experience - I will definitely be back if I ever have any future issues with my eyes. I highly recommend Brett’s service to any who need it.
