Preparing for your CASA Aviation Eye Test
Requirements of your CASA Eye Test
- Check-In and Documentation
Bring a valid photo ID and any existing glasses or contact lens prescriptions.
- You must have your ARN (Aviation Reference Number). We can not book you an appointment without this number.
Eye Health Evaluation
The optometrist checks for any eye diseases or abnormalities that could affect vision, such as glaucoma, cataracts, or retinal issues.
You may be required to have your eyes dilated at the appointment. Please organise to have a driver where possible, and bring sunglasses with you.
Please allow up to 45 minutes for this assessment.
